袁建博士

袁建,工学博士,讲师。
主要从事设计大面积、厚度可控的新型二维材料,实现大面积阵列二维异质结的可控制备以及新型图形化二维材料的设计和构筑,用以解决新型低维范德华材料的表面、界面、堆垛对载流子输运性质、吸收带宽和增益的动态调控问题,从而实现光电传感器的应用。主持参与重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金及安徽省科技厅项目等10余项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术研究论文近30多篇。
